All Funds are held in accounts designated for Client Funds and are treated as non-interest bearing. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising from or related to the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Curaçao, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless 45t.com elects to commence proceedings in another competent court. If any provision is found illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
45t.com may modify these Terms at any time. Any updated Terms will be posted on the Service and will become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
45t.com may suspend or terminate a User’s Account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraud, suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity, or failure to comply with KYC/AML requirements. Upon termination, Funds in the Account may be settled in accordance with applicable law and internal policies; any unresolved balances may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
Users may obtain support and guidance through the in-service Help Center and Customer Support channels. All notices under these Terms shall be sent through the Service’s official support channels or delivered as required by applicable law.
